We've got a new real estate search app for your iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows 7 Phone! We've been using it for a couple days - and it really simplifies the search process. Some things we LOVED about the app that you might find useful are:

The ability to draw your search area with your finger: Draw a shape in an area you want a home in, and available properties pop right in! |

Photos look AMAZING on it - you can really immerse yourself and get a good feel for the home(s) without a time consuming visit! It can really help you narrow your search and save you time so you can visit homes that really meet your needs! |

Scout areas and get homes displayed by price as you move - the “scout” feature ties into the iPad’s GPS chip so that available listings move around as you do! |

Save homes and searches and email properties direct to us! When you find something you like, send us the entire property info right from the app, along with your comments - and we’ll be able to do the research, gather the facts and data, and get back to you with an answer. |

1) Download the FREE REALTOR.com® Real Estate Search App.
2) Open the App.
3) Click the "Settings" button in the top right corner.
4) Under "Sharing Shortcuts", enter Realtors@Dedicated2RealEstate.com in the "My agent's email
address" field.
